A Scholarship award-winner from CBU, Haylie’s honest lyrics and piano-driven sound address faith, love, and her personal spiritual journey.

Haylie’s launchpad was her musical family’s influence and her love of the piano. She would constantly hum her favorite songs and jot down lyric ideas for ones of her own. The beautiful, captivating sound of the grand piano and the Biblical truth behind the relatable lyrics of CCM music has inspired Haylie’s sound.
The moment Haylie could “see the keys” of the piano, understand what they were, she knew deep down inside that she wanted to do something in music for the rest of her life. The uniqueness Haylie Mendenhall brings through her genuine personality, Biblical message, and CCM style make her standout in the industry.
When listening to Haylie’s music, one is encouraged by the truth of God’s Word amidst their circumstances and reminded that they are not too far gone to return to God. Her heartfelt lyrics inspire reflection, hope, and joy in the listener.
She recently performed as a singer in CBU’s Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 Pop Ensemble Showcases and iWrite events. Haylie was also a part of Phil Wickham’s 2025 SoCal Christmas Tour.
Her vision for the future is to write music and tour around the world impacting the hearts of people to grow closer to God. Moreover, she will be releasing her debut single “Just As You Are” this Summer.
